These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Crew mobile application, web application, platform, websites, APIs, dashboards, software tools, communication features, marketplace features, lead and inquiry management features, campaign management features, documentation tools, team management tools, payout request features, operator tools, and related services made available by Crew Studio Ventures LLC (“Crew,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, accepting these Terms, joining a workspace, submitting or managing a customer inquiry, participating in a Deal, accepting Deal Terms, inviting Users, acting as an Independent Operator, using a Platform Balance feature, requesting a payout, accessing Business Customer features, or otherwise using Crew, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable supplemental terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
1. IMPORTANT PLATFORM POSITIONING
1.1 Crew Is a Software Platform
Crew is a digital software platform for business and professional users. Crew helps independent Creators, Independent Agents, Independent Operators, Business Customers, Brands, partners, agencies, and professional users manage lead generation, customer inquiry distribution, performance campaigns, B2B marketing operations, sales operations, brand opportunities, affiliate-like opportunities, campaign documentation, payout tracking, and related business workflows.
Crew may provide tools for:
- lead and customer inquiry management
- customer inquiry submission and distribution
- campaign management
- performance campaign operations
- B2B marketing and sales operations
- brand deal discovery
- affiliate-like deal discovery
- business customer access
- creator business management
- independent agent business management
- operator and workspace management
- team and role management
- inquiry documentation
- consent and opt-in documentation
- reporting and analytics
- payout request management
- Platform Balance display
- API, CSV, CRM, and related data export tools
- content rights documentation
- community features
- independent operator tools
- community growth tools
- controlled operator spend tools
- support and compliance workflows
1.2 Crew Is Not a Sales Agency
Crew is not a sales agency, staffing agency, employment agency, door-to-door sales company, call center, field sales organization, marketing agency, franchise system, multi-level marketing organization, employer, personnel provider, housing provider, property manager, accommodation provider, or operator of local teams or shared living spaces, unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement signed by Crew.
Crew provides software, platform access, lead and inquiry infrastructure, campaign tools, documentation tools, marketplace functionality, deal acceptance workflows, and related technology infrastructure.
1.3 Crew Enables; Crew Does Not Operate Your Business
Crew enables Users to manage their own activities. Crew does not control how independent Users run their creator, agent, operator, affiliate-like, brand, campaign, or team business.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:
- Crew does not assign mandatory work
- Crew does not set mandatory working hours
- Crew does not require Users to accept Deals
- Crew does not require Users to work in specific territories
- Crew does not operate Users’ teams
- Crew does not operate Creator Houses, shared living spaces, apartments, Airbnbs, or local hubs
- Crew does not supervise Users as employees
- Crew does not guarantee income, revenue, followers, conversions, leads, inquiries, commissions, payouts, or Deals
Crew does not provide housing, loans, credit, rent advances, or personal repayment plans to Creators or Independent Agents.
1.4 Business and Professional Use Only
The Platform is intended only for business, commercial, professional, entrepreneurial, creator, affiliatelike, brand, campaign, lead generation, sales operations, and B2B purposes.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you use Crew for business or professional purposes and not primarily as a consumer.
1.5 Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1 “Platform”
“Platform” means the Crew app, web app, websites, dashboards, APIs, software tools, databases, workflows, communication features, marketplace functions, customer inquiry tools, lead management tools, documentation tools, payout request tools, operator tools, community tools, and related services.
2.2 “User”
“User” means any person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
2.3 “Creator”
“Creator” means a User who uses content, audience, community, personal brand, online presence, offline presence, referrals, or other professional activity to participate in Deals, Brand opportunities, affiliate-like opportunities, customer inquiry generation, or campaign activities.
2.4 “Independent Agent”
“Independent Agent” means a User who independently generates, submits, documents, manages, validates, or supports customer inquiries, leads, campaign responses, or business opportunities through the Platform.
2.5 “Independent Operator” or “IO”
“Independent Operator” or “IO” means an independent business user who creates, invites, organizes, supports, or manages their own team, workspace, community, campaign group, session, or business structure using the Platform.
2.6 “Verified Independent Operator”
“Verified Independent Operator” means an Independent Operator approved by Crew for enhanced tools, permissions, workspace features, operator spend features, community growth features, or other advanced Platform functionality.
2.7 “Business Customer”
“Business Customer” means any business, company, Brand, partner, agency, energy company, installer, roofing company, sales organization, investment syndicate, service provider, or other professional customer that uses the Platform or receives customer inquiries, leads, campaign responses, data, services, or access through Crew.
2.8 “Brand”
“Brand” means a Business Customer or company that offers a Brand Deal, affiliate-like campaign, ambassador opportunity, performance campaign, content opportunity, inquiry campaign, lead campaign, or similar business opportunity through or in connection with the Platform.
2.9 “Deal”
“Deal” means any monetization opportunity, lead generation opportunity, customer inquiry opportunity, Brand Deal, affiliate-like offer, performance campaign, referral opportunity, content brief, B2B campaign, business development campaign, inquiry distribution campaign, or similar opportunity made available through or in connection with the Platform.
2.10 “Deal Terms”
“Deal Terms” means the specific terms applicable to a Deal, including eligibility, allowed channels, prohibited conduct, compensation, payout trigger, lead or inquiry criteria, rejection window, tracking, proof requirements, approval processes, content rights, disclosure duties, distribution rules, Business Customer rules, and compliance requirements.
2.11 “Customer Inquiry” or “Inquiry”
“Customer Inquiry” or “Inquiry” means information submitted by or on behalf of a potential customer, prospect, lead, interested party, business contact, consumer, homeowner, property owner, company, or other person or entity expressing potential interest in a product, service, consultation, offer, campaign, or Business Customer.
2.12 “Lead”
“Lead” means a Customer Inquiry or customer-related opportunity that may be submitted, documented, validated, matched, distributed, exported, or made available through the Platform.
2.13 “Exclusive Inquiry”
“Exclusive Inquiry” means an Inquiry that, according to applicable Deal Terms, is intended to be assigned, sold, distributed, or made available to only one Business Customer.
2.14 “Shared Inquiry”
“Shared Inquiry” means an Inquiry that, according to applicable Deal Terms, may be assigned, sold, distributed, matched, exported, or made available to multiple Business Customers.
2.15 “Matched Inquiry”
“Matched Inquiry” means an Inquiry that is assigned, recommended, distributed, prioritized, or made available based on matching logic, including region, product interest, customer data, Business Customer availability, installer availability, capacity, performance data, quality data, Independent Agent performance, Business Customer preferences, Deal Terms, or other Platform logic.
2.16 “Valid Inquiry”
“Valid Inquiry” means an Inquiry that meets the applicable validity requirements set out in the relevant Deal Terms. Such requirements may include reachability, confirmed interest, minimum required data fields, geographic availability, product suitability, basic feasibility, eligibility, consent documentation, customer confirmation, Business Customer requirements, or other deal-specific criteria.
A Valid Inquiry does not guarantee a purchase, appointment, installation, contract, conversion, payment, or successful transaction.
2.17 “Qualified Inquiry”
“Qualified Inquiry” means an Inquiry that has passed additional qualification criteria under applicable Deal Terms, which may include interest confirmation, contact verification, eligibility, product suitability, feasibility, documentation, or Business Customer acceptance.
2.18 “Rejection Window”
“Rejection Window” means the period during which a Business Customer may reject an Inquiry under applicable Deal Terms. Unless Deal Terms state otherwise, the default Rejection Window is 48 hours from delivery or availability of the Inquiry.
2.19 “Platform Balance”
“Platform Balance” means an informational ledger displayed in the Platform showing estimated, pending, approved, payable, or historical amounts associated with Deals, Valid Inquiries, bonuses, payouts, or other approved earnings.
Platform Balance is not a bank account, stored value account, e-money account, payment account, deposit account, wallet, or financial account. Amounts become payable only if approved under applicable Deal Terms and Payout Terms.
2.20 “Payout”
“Payout” means a payment, reward, commission, fee, incentive, success participation, affiliate-like compensation, referral compensation, lead compensation, inquiry compensation, bonus, or other monetary amount potentially payable under applicable Deal Terms or Payout Terms.
2.21 “Payout Request”
“Payout Request” means a request submitted through the Platform for payment of approved Platform Balance, subject to minimum thresholds, verification, Deal Terms, Payout Terms, compliance review, and payment processing.
2.22 “Community Growth Pool”
“Community Growth Pool” means a discretionary internal Crew funding pool, funded from Crew’s own revenue, margin, fees, lead fees, success fees, brand fees, or operating budget, that Crew may use to support eligible Independent Operators, community sessions, campaign sessions, operator activities, or growth initiatives.
2.23 “Operator Spend Card”
“Operator Spend Card” means a limited, revocable, controlled spend tool made available by Crew to selected Verified Independent Operators for pre-approved business expenses connected to independent community, campaign, travel, accommodation, workspace, or session-related activities.
2.24 “Content”
“Content” means any text, images, videos, audio, files, documents, data, comments, messages, posts, reports, uploads, screenshots, forms, links, creative assets, campaign materials, Brand materials, User submissions, proof materials, or other materials available through or uploaded to the Platform.
2.25 “Restricted Vertical”
“Restricted Vertical” means a category of Deal, product, service, industry, or campaign that is subject to additional approval, restrictions, compliance requirements, or Deal Terms.
2.26 “Prohibited Vertical”
“Prohibited Vertical” means a category of Deal, product, service, industry, or campaign that is not allowed on the Platform.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ACCESS
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain Platform features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You agree to keep your account information up to date, including your name, email, phone number, address, business information, tax information, payout information, role information, and verification information where required.
3.2 Verification
Crew may require identity, business, tax, payment, compliance, or eligibility verification before allowing access to certain features, roles, Deals, Business Customer tools, Independent Operator tools, Operator Spend Card access, API exports, CRM exports, or payout requests.
Verification may include:
- email verification
- phone verification
- identity checks
- tax information
- business registration information
- bank account verification
- social or professional profile verification
- compliance review
- manual approval
- Business Customer review
- Deal-specific approval
3.3 No Right to Access
Crew may approve, reject, limit, suspend, downgrade, upgrade, or revoke access to accounts, roles, Deals, payout features, API features, Business Customer features, Independent Operator features, Operator Spend Card features, or other Platform functionality at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
3.4 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share your account, allow unauthorized access, or use another person’s account.
You must notify Crew immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, compromise, loss, or misuse of your account or device.
3.5 Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account through the app settings or through available support channels.
Crew may retain certain records after account deletion where required or reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, tax, payout, fraud prevention, documentation, regulatory, dispute resolution, audit, data protection, or legal defense purposes.
Crew generally aims to delete or anonymize operational account data after 12 months, unless a longer retention period is legally required or reasonably necessary for the purposes listed above.
4. PLATFORM LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS
4.1 Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Crew grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, nonsublicensable license to access and use the Platform for lawful business and professional purposes.
4.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform except as expressly permitted
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- bypass security or access controls
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data without authorization
- use bots, automation, scripts, or unauthorized API access
- interfere with Platform operation
- upload malware or harmful code
- impersonate another person or entity
- misuse Brand or User data
- create fake accounts
- manipulate tracking, validation, or payout systems
- use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
4.3 Updates and Changes
Crew may update, modify, improve, restrict, discontinue, or remove Platform features at any time.
Crew does not guarantee that any specific feature, Deal, Business Customer, role, workflow, integration, export, API, or functionality will remain available.
5. NO EMPLOYMENT, AGENCY, FRANCHISE, OR
SALES ORGANIZATION
5.1 No Employment
Your use of the Platform does not create an employment relationship, worker relationship, internship, apprenticeship, labor relationship, or similar relationship with Crew.
Crew does not hire you merely because you create an account, use the Platform, join a workspace, participate in a Deal, generate Inquiries, act as an Independent Operator, receive Platform Balance, request a Payout, or access an Operator Spend Card.
5.2 No Agency
You are not an agent, legal representative, employee, officer, director, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, subcontractor, or authorized representative of Crew unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement signed by Crew.
You may not bind Crew, make representations on behalf of Crew, sign contracts for Crew, promise payments by Crew, or hold yourself out as acting for Crew.
5.3 No Sales Agency Relationship
Crew is not your sales agency and you are not Crew’s sales representative merely by using the Platform.
Crew does not operate a salesforce through the Platform. Crew provides technology, tools, inquiry infrastructure, marketplace features, documentation, campaign, payout request, operator, and business management functionality.
5.4 No Franchise
Nothing in these Terms creates a franchise, franchise-like system, territory franchise, business format franchise, or similar relationship.
You may not describe yourself, your workspace, your team, your community, your session, your local hub, or your business as a Crew franchise, Crew branch, Crew office, Crew sales unit, Crew accommodation, or Crew-operated location.
5.5 No Mandatory Work
Crew does not require you to accept any Deal, perform any specific activity, work any minimum hours, work in any particular location, visit any particular area, generate any specific number of Inquiries, or produce any specific result.
Deal Terms may define eligibility, compliance rules, validation criteria, payout triggers, documentation obligations, and permitted channels for voluntary Deal participation.
6. DEALS AND DEAL ACCEPTANCE
6.1 Deal Access
Crew may display, recommend, introduce, or provide access to Deals. Deal availability may depend on:
- location
- role
- verification status
- product category
- professional profile
- performance history
- quality history
- Business Customer requirements
- Independent Operator status
- language
- region
- capacity
- Deal Terms
- compliance status
- applicable law
6.2 No Guarantee
Crew does not guarantee that you will receive access to any Deal, be accepted by any Business Customer, generate any Valid Inquiry, earn any Payout, or achieve any business result.
6.3 Deal Terms Required
Each Deal may be subject to specific Deal Terms.
Before participating in a Deal, submitting Inquiries, generating Payouts, using Brand materials, or accessing Deal-specific functionality, you may be required to accept the applicable Deal Terms in the Platform.
6.4 Deal Acceptance Log
Crew may record Deal acceptance information, including:
- User ID
- workspace ID
- Deal ID
- Deal Terms version
- language version
- timestamp
- IP address
- device information
- user-agent
- acceptance method
- OTP or signature reference, where applicable
- consent record
- accepted document snapshot
Such records may be used for documentation, compliance, payout review, dispute resolution, audit, legal defense, data protection, Business Customer verification, and fraud prevention.
6.5 Deal Terms Control
If Deal Terms conflict with these Terms, the Deal Terms control for the relevant Deal only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
6.6 Deal Types
Deals may include:
- lead generation
- customer inquiry distribution
- shared inquiry campaigns
- exclusive inquiry campaigns
- matched inquiry campaigns
- performance campaigns
- B2B marketing operations
- B2B sales operations
- customer response campaigns
- Brand Deals
- affiliate-like campaigns
- referral campaigns
- content campaigns
- ambassador campaigns
- Business Customer campaigns
- restricted Energy/Solar campaigns
- other approved business opportunities
6.7 Crew’s Role May Vary
Depending on the Deal, Crew may act as:
- software platform provider
- campaign management platform
- inquiry infrastructure provider
- documentation tool
- marketplace provider
- data hosting provider
- administrative facilitator
- payout request facilitator
- Business Customer technology provider
- API/CRM export provider
- independent controller
- processor
- joint controller
- or another role described in the applicable Deal Terms or data protection terms
Crew’s role for each Deal is determined by the applicable Deal Terms, Business Customer Terms, data protection terms, and actual processing activities.
7. LEAD AND CUSTOMER INQUIRY TERMS
7.1 Customer Inquiry Submission
The Platform may allow Creators, Independent Agents, Independent Operators, Business Customers, or potential customers to submit, document, validate, process, match, distribute, or export Customer Inquiries.
7.2 Inquiry Ownership and Use
Where an Independent Agent or Creator generates an Inquiry independently, the underlying business opportunity may be associated with that User, subject to applicable Deal Terms, data protection law, consent records, Business Customer rights, and Platform Rules.
Crew may process, host, validate, document, match, distribute, export, and manage such Inquiries as necessary to operate the Platform, provide Deal functionality, support Business Customers, provide API/ CSV/CRM exports, document consent, process payouts, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
7.3 Exclusive and Shared Inquiries
Inquiries may be exclusive, shared, matched, or otherwise distributed depending on the applicable Deal Terms.
Unless Deal Terms expressly state that an Inquiry is exclusive, Crew may treat the Inquiry as potentially non-exclusive, shared, matched, or distributable to one or more suitable Business Customers, subject to applicable consent records and data protection requirements.
7.4 Matching Logic
Crew may use matching logic to determine suitable Business Customers, recipients, priority, routing, or distribution of Inquiries.
Matching logic may consider:
- product interest
- region
- customer information
- suitability
- Business Customer availability
- installer availability
- partner capacity
- Business Customer preferences
- Independent Agent performance
- quality scores
- rejection history
- Deal Terms
- campaign limits
- compliance restrictions
- technical feasibility
- business rules
- Platform logic
7.5 Hyperplace as Standard Recipient for Certain Users
For Level 1 and Level 2 Users, unless Deal Terms state otherwise, Hyperplace may act as the standard Business Customer or initial Lead recipient for certain Inquiries.
Hyperplace may process, qualify, route, distribute, or forward such Inquiries to one or more suitable companies, partners, installers, service providers, or Business Customers, depending on the Inquiry, region, product category, partner availability, capacity, and applicable consent record.
Hyperplace is not Crew. Hyperplace may be affiliated with Crew or part of the same broader group structure, but it acts as a separate Business Customer or recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.6 Recipient Disclosure
Before a potential customer finalizes an Inquiry submission, Crew should provide a reasonable disclosure of the companies, Business Customers, recipients, or recipient categories that may receive the Inquiry.
Where technically available, the Platform may display current potential recipients or selected recipients, including company name, logo, contact information, callback number, or similar information.
After final submission, the Platform may display a confirmation or thank-you page showing which company or companies may contact the customer.
7.7 Consent and Opt-In Documentation
Inquiries may require consent, opt-in, OTP confirmation, signature, or other confirmation before final submission, distribution, contact, or validation.
Consent records may include:
- timestamp
- User or customer identifier
- IP address
- device information
- user-agent
- phone number
- OTP reference
- signature reference
- accepted text version
- privacy notice version
- recipient list or recipient category
- Deal ID
- distribution rules
- contact permission
- confirmation page information
Crew may make consent records available to relevant Business Customers, partners, or recipients upon request where necessary for legal, compliance, audit, verification, or dispute purposes.
7.8 Valid Inquiry
A Valid Inquiry generally means an Inquiry that meets the validation criteria stated in the applicable Deal Terms.
Depending on the Deal, such criteria may include:
- reachability
- confirmed interest
- required minimum data fields
- geographic availability
- product suitability
- basic feasibility
- eligibility
- customer confirmation
- consent documentation
- OTP or signature confirmation
- partner availability
- Business Customer acceptance criteria
- product-specific criteria
- compliance requirements
A Valid Inquiry does not guarantee a sale, appointment, installation, contract, payment, availability, financing, eligibility, or conversion.
7.9 Restricted Energy/Solar Criteria
For Restricted Verticals such as Energy or Solar, Inquiry validity may depend on additional criteria, including:
- property type
- ownership status
- location
- roof condition
- technical feasibility
- energy consumption
- installer availability
- grid or regional constraints
- product suitability
- eligibility requirements
- legal capacity
- customer confirmation
- Business Customer-specific requirements
- partner-specific acceptance rules
- Deal Terms may define additional validation and rejection criteria
7.10 No Lead Quality Guarantee
Unless expressly stated in Deal Terms, Crew does not guarantee that any Inquiry will:
- result in a sale
- result in a contract
- result in an appointment
- be reachable after delivery
- be financially qualified
- be technically feasible
- be legally eligible
- be exclusive
- be accurate in every respect
- generate revenue
- be accepted by a Business Customer
- satisfy any subjective expectation
7.11 Rejection Window
Unless Deal Terms state otherwise, Business Customers may reject an Inquiry within 48 hours of delivery or availability.
A rejection must be based on the applicable Deal Terms, such as duplicate Inquiry, missing required data, invalid contact information, no confirmed interest, product ineligibility, technical infeasibility, consent defect, fraud, or other defined invalidity reason.
If no rejection is submitted within the applicable Rejection Window, the Inquiry may be deemed accepted for payout, billing, reporting, or validation purposes, subject to fraud review, compliance review, and Deal Terms.
7.12 Credits and Goodwill
Unless Deal Terms state otherwise, Crew does not provide automatic refunds for rejected Inquiries.
Crew may, at its discretion or under applicable Deal Terms, issue credits, replacements, billing adjustments, goodwill adjustments, or other remedies.
7.13 No Storno by Default
Unless Deal Terms expressly provide otherwise, accepted Valid Inquiries are not subject to a general “storno” or clawback after the Rejection Window. However, Crew may reverse, withhold, adjust, or investigate amounts in cases of fraud, manipulation, consent defects, legal risk, duplicate submission, material breach, or clear error.
7.14 API, CSV, and CRM Export
Business Customers may be able to receive or export Inquiries through API, CSV, CRM integration, manual export, dashboard access, email, webhook, or other approved delivery methods.
Business Customers are responsible for their own use, storage, protection, deletion, legal basis, customer contact, and onward transfer of exported data.
8. BUSINESS CUSTOMER TERMS
8.1 Business Customer Responsibility
Business Customers are responsible for:
- their campaigns
- products
- services
- claims
- prices
- acceptance criteria
- rejection criteria
- customer contact
- legal compliance
- data protection compliance
- consumer protection compliance
- advertising compliance
- sales compliance
- sector-specific compliance
- downstream partner compliance
- use of exported data
- API/CRM integration security
- payment obligations
- Deal Terms they approve or request
8.2 Business Customer Payments
Business Customers may pay Crew for:
- SaaS access
- campaign access
- Business Customer platform access
- lead fees
- customer inquiry fees
- success fees
- brand fees
- platform fees
- API fees
- CRM integration fees
- campaign setup fees
- performance fees
- data delivery fees
- other agreed business fees
8.3 No Guaranteed Results
Unless expressly agreed in specific Business Customer Terms, Crew does not guarantee:
- a number of Inquiries
- customer conversion
- customer reachability after delivery
- sales results
- installation results
- contract conclusion
- revenue
- exclusive access
- appointment rates
- acceptance rates
- product feasibility
- campaign profitability
8.4 Business Customer Data Use
Business Customers may use Inquiry data only for the purposes permitted by consent records, Deal Terms, Business Customer Terms, applicable privacy notices, and law.
Business Customers may not resell, misuse, unlawfully enrich, unlawfully transfer, or contact customers without a lawful basis.
8.5 Business Customer Rejection
Business Customers must reject invalid Inquiries within the applicable Rejection Window and provide a valid rejection reason.
Crew may reject abusive, excessive, unsupported, late, or bad-faith rejection attempts.
8.6 Hyperplace and Group Companies
Hyperplace or other affiliated companies may act as Business Customers, Lead recipients, campaign operators, or downstream distributors.
Crew and Hyperplace remain separate legal or operational parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. PAYOUTS, PLATFORM BALANCE, AND PAYOUT
REQUESTS
9.1 Platform Balance
The Platform may display Platform Balance for eligible Users.
Platform Balance is an informational and accounting ledger only. It is not a bank account, e-money account, stored value account, deposit account, payment account, wallet, or financial product.
9.2 No Entitlement Until Approved
Pending, estimated, tracked, or displayed amounts do not guarantee payment.
Amounts become payable only when approved under applicable Deal Terms, Payout Terms, validation rules, Rejection Windows, fraud review, compliance review, tax requirements, and payout procedures.
9.3 Payout Request Required
Users must request payouts through the Platform.
Payouts are not automatically made merely because Platform Balance is displayed.
9.4 Minimum Payout Threshold
Unless Deal Terms or Payout Terms state otherwise, the minimum approved Platform Balance required to submit a Payout Request is 500 EUR or the equivalent amount determined by Crew.
Crew may change the minimum payout threshold with notice where required by law.
9.5 Payment Outside the App
The Platform may display Platform Balance and allow Payout Requests. Actual payout execution may occur outside the App through bank transfer, Mercury, Stripe Connect, payment provider, or another approved payment rail.
No cryptocurrency payouts are supported.
9.6 Bank Fees
Crew generally covers standard bank fees for ordinary approved payouts.
Crew may deduct, pass on, or require reimbursement for extraordinary fees, failed payment fees, incorrect bank details, rejected transfers, currency conversion fees, intermediary bank fees, compliancerelated fees, or fees caused by User error.
9.7 Payout Conditions
A Payout may require:
- approved Platform Balance
- minimum threshold
- valid bank information
- tax information
- identity verification
- business verification
- no unresolved fraud review
- no unresolved compliance review
- no unresolved Deal dispute
- no account suspension
- no legal restriction
- no payment provider restriction
- acceptance of Payout Terms
9.8 Taxes
Users are responsible for all taxes, duties, social contributions, business registrations, invoices, reporting obligations, and other government obligations arising from their activities or Payouts.
Crew may request tax forms, withhold amounts where legally required, report payments where legally required, or suspend Payouts until required information is provided.
9.9 No Negative Platform Balance
Crew does not create negative Platform Balances for Creators or Independent Agents in connection with accommodation costs, Operator Spend Card expenses, community costs, or general Platform use.
9.10 Payout Adjustments
Crew may withhold, delay, adjust, reduce, reverse, or investigate Platform Balance or Payouts in cases of:
- fraud
- manipulation
- duplicate Inquiries
- invalid Inquiries
- fake documentation
- consent defects
- Deal Terms violations
- Business Customer disputes
- payment processor issues
- legal risk
- tax issues
- sanctions restrictions
- account compromise
- technical error
- compliance review
- other valid reason under applicable terms
10. COMMUNITY GROWTH POOL
10.1 Discretionary Pool
Crew may, at its sole discretion, allocate a portion of its own platform revenue, success fees, brand fees, lead fees, Business Customer fees, commercial margin, or operating budget to a Community Growth Pool or similar incentive program.
10.2 No User Entitlement
The Community Growth Pool does not create any entitlement for any User, Creator, Independent Agent, Independent Operator, Business Customer, or third party.
10.3 Not a Deduction From User Payout
The Community Growth Pool is funded from Crew’s own revenue or margin and does not constitute a deduction from any already-earned User Payout.
User Payouts are determined solely by applicable Deal Terms.
10.4 Permitted Uses
Crew may use the Community Growth Pool to support:
- Independent Operator bonuses
- campaign sessions
- community sessions
- growth initiatives
- operator activities
- travel support
- workspace support
- accommodation-related business expenses
- event support
- training support
- quality incentives
- other approved business support
10.5 No Housing or Credit
The Community Growth Pool does not constitute housing, rent advance, credit, loan, wage, salary, guaranteed reimbursement, or financial product.
11. INDEPENDENT OPERATORS
11.1 Independent Operator Status
Independent Operators act independently and are not employees, agents, franchisees, representatives, branch managers, sales managers, or officers of Crew.
11.2 Independent Team and Workspace Management
Independent Operators may use the Platform to create, invite, organize, support, or manage their own teams, workspaces, communities, or campaign groups.
Such teams, workspaces, communities, or groups are independent User-organized structures and are not Crew teams, Crew departments, Crew branches, Crew sales teams, Crew offices, Crew accommodations, or Crew-operated organizations.
11.3 IO Responsibility
Independent Operators are responsible for:
- their own business operations
- their own teams
- their own workspace rules
- their own communications
- their own onboarding
- their own business costs
- their own tax obligations
- their own legal compliance
- their own insurance
- their own internal arrangements
- their own reimbursement arrangements
- their own housing or travel arrangements
- disputes with their participants
- compliance with Deal Terms
- compliance with applicable law
11.4 No Authority to Represent Crew
Independent Operators may not:
- represent themselves as Crew employees
- represent their team as a Crew team
- represent their location as a Crew office
- sign agreements for Crew
- promise payments by Crew
- bind Crew to any obligation
- use Crew’s name, logo, or trademarks without permission
- describe any team, community, session, or accommodation as Crew-operated
11.5 Internal Agreements
Any agreement between an Independent Operator and other Users is solely between those parties.
Crew is not a party unless Crew expressly signs such agreement.
Crew may provide templates, tools, or documentation features, but such support does not make Crew responsible for the underlying arrangement.
11.6 Removal of IO Access
Crew may suspend, downgrade, or remove Independent Operator permissions if Crew believes there is fraud, misuse, legal risk, data misuse, Brand risk, User harm, non-compliance, poor documentation, excessive rejection rates, payment risk, or violation of these Terms.
12. OPERATOR SPEND CARD
12.1 General
Crew may, at its sole discretion, provide selected Verified Independent Operators with limited, revocable access to an Operator Spend Card or similar controlled spending tool.
12.2 Approved Purpose
The Operator Spend Card may be used only for pre-approved business expenses connected to independent community, campaign, travel, accommodation, workspace, or session-related activities.
Crew may set individual spending limits, merchant restrictions, approval requirements, receipt requirements, reporting obligations, usage periods, and other controls.
12.3 Funding Source
The Operator Spend Card is funded from Crew’s own operating budget, commercial margin, Community Growth Pool, or similar internal funding source.
It does not constitute a loan, credit facility, rent advance, wage, salary, guaranteed bonus, reimbursement entitlement, housing benefit, payment account, stored value account, e-money account, or User wallet.
12.4 IO as Contracting Party
Independent Operators remain solely responsible for any accommodation, travel, vendor, event, workspace, or third-party booking arrangements they enter into.
If an Independent Operator books accommodation, travel, workspace, or any third-party service, the Independent Operator acts as the contracting party toward the relevant provider.
Use of an Operator Spend Card does not make Crew a landlord, tenant, housing provider, travel provider, event organizer, property manager, broker, guarantor, employer, franchise operator, or party to any third-party booking or agreement.
12.5 What Crew Does Not Do
Crew does not:
- select accommodation
- select residents
- operate shared living spaces
- hold rental agreements for IOs
- hold Airbnb accounts for IOs
- advertise any accommodation as a Crew house
- impose daily work duties
- link accommodation to mandatory shifts or territories
- require Creators, Independent Agents, or other Users to repay accommodation costs to Crew
- create negative Platform Balances for Users in connection with accommodation costs
- provide personal housing benefits to Users
- provide rent advances to Creators or Independent Agents
12.6 Voluntary Participation
Users participating in any community, travel, accommodation, workspace, or session arrangement organized by an Independent Operator do so voluntarily.
Crew does not require Users to participate, generate leads, perform work, meet quotas, attend sessions, occupy accommodation, or repay accommodation-related costs to Crew.
12.7 Revocation
Crew may suspend, revoke, reduce, or modify Operator Spend Card access at any time, including in case of suspected misuse, missing receipts, policy violations, fraud risk, excessive rejection rates, Business Customer complaints, legal risk, payment risk, or business reasons.
12.8 Misuse
Independent Operators must use the Operator Spend Card only for approved purposes.
Misuse, unauthorized transactions, personal use, cash withdrawals, prohibited merchant usage, fraudulent charges, failure to provide required documentation, or violation of spend controls may result in:
- card suspension
- account suspension
- removal of IO status
- bonus reversal
- reimbursement obligations by the Independent Operator
- termination
- legal action
12.9 Receipts and Documentation
Independent Operators must provide receipts, invoices, booking confirmations, purpose descriptions, session references, or other required documentation within the timeframe specified by Crew.
Unless Crew states otherwise, receipts should be uploaded within 48 hours after the transaction.
13. COMMUNITY SPACES AND CREATOR
CONNECTION FEATURES
13.1 Community Features
Crew may provide features that allow Users to connect with other Creators, Independent Agents, Independent Operators, or communities.
Crew may also provide tools for listing, discovering, documenting, or organizing independent community sessions, workspaces, local hubs, travel arrangements, shared accommodation arrangements, or collaboration opportunities.
13.2 No Crew Housing
Crew does not provide, operate, rent, lease, manage, broker, guarantee, finance, or supervise housing, accommodation, apartments, Airbnbs, hotels, living spaces, Creator Houses, Creator WGs, or local hubs.
13.3 Independent Arrangements
Any accommodation, travel, community, workspace, or collaboration arrangement is solely between the relevant Users or third-party providers.
Crew is not responsible for:
- rent
- deposits
- damages
- cancellations
- house rules
- safety
- disputes
- property conditions
- roommate conflicts
- local permits
- taxes
- insurance
- injuries
- losses
- vendor failures
13.4 No Crew Branding
Users may not market, name, describe, or advertise any accommodation, workspace, community, local hub, apartment, Airbnb, or session as a Crew house, Crew apartment, Crew office, Crew accommodation, Crew branch, Crew workspace, or Crew-operated location without express written permission from Crew.
13.5 Reimbursement Tools
Crew may provide tools that allow Users or Independent Operators to document shared costs, reimbursement requests, or business-related support arrangements.
Such tools are documentation and workflow tools only. Crew does not act as a lender, creditor, debt collector, escrow agent, guarantor, landlord, broker, or payment institution for such arrangements.
14. CONTENT RIGHTS AND BRAND USE
14.1 User Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of Content they upload or create, subject to licenses granted in these Terms and applicable Deal Terms.
14.2 License to Crew
You grant Crew a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, adapt, analyze, moderate, and otherwise use your Content as necessary to:
- operate the Platform
- provide services
- process Deals
- verify proof
- facilitate payouts
- provide reporting
- support Business Customers
- improve the Platform
- enforce these Terms
- comply with law
- protect Users and Business Customers
- prevent fraud
14.3 Brand and Business Customer Use
Where a Deal involves content, Brand materials, creator content, user-generated content, paid usage, ads, whitelisting, Spark Ads, dark posts, paid social usage, website usage, or similar rights, the applicable Content Rights Terms or Deal Terms must define:
- permitted channels
- duration
- territory
- paid or organic usage
- editing rights
- whitelisting rights
- ad usage rights
- usage fees
- exclusivity
- revocation rules
- attribution
- approval workflow
- Business Customers may not use User Content beyond the rights granted in the applicable Deal Terms
14.4 User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that their Content:
- is accurate where factual
- does not infringe third-party rights
- does not violate privacy rights
- does not violate publicity rights
- does not contain unauthorized personal data
- does not contain unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material
- complies with Deal Terms and applicable law
14.5 Content Removal
Crew may remove, restrict, disable, hide, moderate, or limit Content that Crew believes violates these Terms, law, app store rules, Business Customer requirements, Brand safety standards, or Platform integrity.
15. ADVERTISING, DISCLOSURES, AND
ENDORSEMENTS
15.1 Disclosure Duties
Users must comply with all advertising, endorsement, influencer, affiliate, referral, sponsorship, unfair competition, and consumer protection laws applicable to their content and activities.
15.2 Material Connections
Users must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection to a Brand, Business Customer, Deal, product, service, or offer where required by law or Deal Terms.
Material connections may include:
- payment
- free products
- discounts
- commissions
- Platform Balance
- affiliate-like compensation
- referral compensation
- sponsorship
- Brand relationship
- family or personal relationship
- equity interests
- other incentives
15.3 No Hidden Advertising
Users may not present sponsored, paid, affiliate-like, referral, or incentivized content as independent, organic, unpaid, or neutral content where disclosure is required.
15.4 No Misleading Claims
Users may not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, exaggerated, or deceptive claims about any Brand, product, service, price, savings, income opportunity, health benefit, financial result, legal result, eligibility, customer outcome, installation outcome, or availability.
16. RESTRICTED AND PROHIBITED VERTICALS
16.1 Prohibited Verticals
The following verticals are prohibited unless Crew expressly approves otherwise in writing:
- financial products
- insurance
- health products or health services
- medical products or medical services
- crypto assets
- gambling
- tobacco
- nicotine
- political campaigns
- weapons
- firearms
- illegal products
- unsafe products
- deceptive products
- regulated products without required approval
16.2 Restricted Verticals
Energy and Solar are Restricted Verticals.
Energy/Solar Deals may be allowed only under specific Deal Terms and compliance requirements.
16.3 Energy/Solar Restrictions
For Energy/Solar Deals, Users may not:
- provide regulated advice without authorization
- promise guaranteed savings
- promise guaranteed installation
- promise guaranteed eligibility
- make unverified subsidy or funding claims
- misrepresent technical feasibility
- misrepresent installer availability
- misrepresent contractual terms
- conduct door-to-door activities unless Field Conduct Terms apply
- collect or distribute data without required consent
16.4 Crew Review
Crew may reject, suspend, restrict, or remove any Deal, Business Customer, User, Vertical, product, service, claim, or campaign if Crew believes it creates legal, regulatory, reputational, user safety, Brand safety, data protection, or platform integrity risk.
17. FIELD ACTIVITIES
17.1 No Default Door-to-Door
Door-to-door, in-person sales, public solicitation, event solicitation, field sales, street team activities, or similar offline activities are not enabled by default.
Such activities may be allowed only if specifically approved under Deal Terms and Field Conduct Policy.
17.2 Field Conduct Policy
Where Field Activities are enabled, Users must comply with applicable Field Conduct Policy, local law, property rules, privacy law, consumer protection law, advertising law, anti-harassment rules, and Deal Terms.
17.3 No Crew Field Team
Even where Field Activities are enabled, Crew does not operate a field team, salesforce, or door-to-door organization unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
18. ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY SAFETY
Users may not use the Platform to:
- violate law
- commit fraud
- mislead customers
- impersonate anyone
- harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit others
- discriminate unlawfully
- infringe intellectual property
- violate privacy rights
- upload harmful code
- scrape data
- sell or misuse personal data
- send spam
- conduct unauthorized telemarketing
- conduct unauthorized email, SMS, or messaging campaigns
- manipulate tracking
- generate fake Inquiries
- generate fake conversions
- create fake accounts
- sell accounts
- evade suspension
- launder money
- promote illegal products
- promote dangerous activities
- exploit minors
- promote hate or violence
- misuse Brand assets
- circumvent the Platform
- damage Crew’s reputation or Platform integrity
19. MODERATION, REPORTING, AND
COMPLAINTS
19.1 Reporting
Users, Business Customers, customers, or affected persons may report illegal content, misuse, fraud, data concerns, intellectual property concerns, account abuse, safety concerns, or other issues through the Platform or through https://meet-crew.com/contact.
19.2 Moderation
Crew may review, moderate, restrict, remove, disable, or limit accounts, Content, Deals, Inquiries, exports, roles, payouts, or Platform features to protect Users, Business Customers, customers, legal compliance, app store compliance, data protection, Brand safety, and Platform integrity.
19.3 Appeals
Where required by law or offered by Crew, affected Users may submit a complaint or appeal regarding certain moderation, suspension, restriction, or removal decisions.
Crew may define additional appeal procedures in Platform Policies or regional addenda.
20. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
20.1 Privacy Notices
Use of the Platform is subject to Crew’s Privacy Policy and applicable supplemental privacy notices.
20.2 Data Roles May Vary
Depending on the feature, Deal, workspace, Business Customer relationship, Independent Agent relationship, Independent Operator relationship, customer consent, and jurisdiction, Crew may act as:
- independent controller
- processor
- service provider
- joint controller
- platform provider
- technology provider
- data host
- documentation provider
The applicable role may be described in Privacy Notices, Data Processing Agreements, Joint Controller Terms, Business Customer Terms, Deal Terms, or regional addenda.
20.3 User Responsibility
Users must ensure that they have a lawful basis to collect, submit, upload, store, process, share, export, or otherwise use personal data through the Platform.
20.4 Business Customer Responsibility
Business Customers are responsible for personal data they receive, request, collect, export, store, use, contact, or process in connection with Inquiries, Deals, API exports, CSV exports, CRM exports, or campaigns, unless otherwise agreed in a Data Processing Agreement or Joint Controller Terms.
20.5 EU Data Hosting
Where EU-related customer or lead data is processed, Crew may use European hosting infrastructure, including European server regions of approved providers.
Server location does not by itself determine data protection roles or international transfer requirements. Crew may implement additional safeguards where required.
20.6 No Unauthorized Data Use
Users and Business Customers may not:
- export personal data without authorization
- sell personal data unlawfully
- use Inquiry data for unrelated purposes
- contact individuals without a lawful basis
- store personal data outside approved systems where prohibited
- share personal data with unauthorized third parties
- continue using personal data after purpose expiration unless legally permitted
20.7 Data Incidents
Users and Business Customers must notify Crew immediately if they become aware of unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, misuse, compromise, or suspected compromise of personal data, accounts, devices, API credentials, CRM integrations, exports, documents, or Platform access.
21. LOCATION DATA, AUDIO, AND AI
21.1 Location Data
GPS, check-ins, or location documentation are not enabled by default unless offered as optional features or required by specific Deal Terms with appropriate notice and consent where required.
21.2 Audio and AI Summaries
Audio recording, call recording, voice recording, and AI-generated summaries are not enabled by default unless later introduced under separate terms, notices, and consent workflows where required.
21.3 Future Features
Crew may introduce AI, location, or audio features in the future. Such features may be subject to separate terms, privacy notices, consent requirements, and technical settings.
22. API, CSV, CRM, AND INTEGRATIONS
22.1 Export Tools
Crew may provide API, CSV, CRM, webhook, dashboard, or other export and integration features.
22.2 Security
Users and Business Customers using export or integration features must:
- keep credentials secure
- restrict access
- use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards
- prevent unauthorized exports
- comply with data protection obligations
- promptly report incidents
- delete data when no longer needed or legally permitted
22.3 No Responsibility for External Systems
Crew is not responsible for Business Customer CRMs, external APIs, third-party systems, unauthorized downstream access, or misuse of exported data after lawful delivery to a Business Customer or authorized recipient.
23. MOBILE APP STORES
23.1 App Store Terms
If you download the Platform through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use may also be subject to the applicable app store terms.
23.2 Account Deletion
Where required by app store rules, Crew provides a method to request account deletion through the app settings or support process.
23.3 No Paid App Features by Default
Crew currently does not offer paid consumer app features by default. The Platform may display Platform Balance, Deal reporting, and payout information, but payout execution may occur outside the App.
23.4 Future Paid Features
Crew may introduce paid features, SaaS features, Business Customer features, subscriptions, premium tools, or paid professional features in the future. Such features may be subject to separate pricing, subscription, checkout, app store, or Business Customer terms.
24. FEES AND MONETIZATION
Crew may earn revenue through:
- lead fees
- customer inquiry fees
- SaaS fees
- Business Customer fees
- Brand fees
- success fees
- platform fees
- take rates
- campaign fees
- API fees
- CRM integration fees
- reporting fees
- operator tools
- premium professional features
- other commercial arrangements
Crew is not required to disclose its margin, take rate, internal cost structure, Business Customer pricing, Community Growth Pool allocation, or commercial arrangements unless required by law or specific agreement.
25. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including:
- hosting providers
- Supabase
- Google Cloud
- payment providers
- banking providers
- card providers
- identity verification providers
- CRM systems
- API providers
- analytics providers
- app stores
- communication providers
- Business Customer systems
- data processors
- automation providers
- other service providers
Crew is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, data practices, fees, decisions, rejections, suspensions, policy changes, or failures.
26. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
26.1 Crew IP
Crew owns all rights in the Platform, including software, code, design, workflows, databases, dashboards, trademarks, logos, documentation, interfaces, analytics, models, systems, processes, and proprietary materials.
26.2 No Transfer
Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
26.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, improvements, or recommendations, Crew may use them without restriction or compensation.
26.4 Brand IP
Brand logos, trademarks, materials, product information, and creative assets belong to the relevant Brand or rights holder.
Users may use Brand assets only as permitted by Deal Terms.
27. CONFIDENTIALITY
27.1 Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes non-public information about:
- Crew
- the Platform
- Business Customers
- Brands
- Deals
- pricing
- payout rates
- campaign terms
- lead fees
- success fees
- Brand guidelines
- technical systems
- business plans
- users
- teams
- workspaces
- customer data
- analytics
- performance data
- product roadmap
- security features
- internal processes
27.2 Obligations
You must protect Confidential Information, use it only for permitted Platform purposes, and not disclose it to unauthorized parties.
27.3 Survival
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of your account and these Terms.
28. ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION
28.1 No Circumvention
You may not use the Platform to identify, contact, solicit, transact with, or move Business Customers, Brands, Users, Independent Operators, partners, Deals, Inquiries, or opportunities outside the Platform to avoid tracking, fees, Deal Terms, documentation, compliance, or Platform protections.
28.2 No Unauthorized Direct Deals
Unless permitted by Deal Terms or approved by Crew, you may not move a Deal, Business Customer relationship, affiliate-like opportunity, Inquiry opportunity, or team opportunity outside the Platform.
28.3 No Data Misuse
You may not use Business Customer data, User data, Deal data, Inquiry data, Team data, or Platform data for unauthorized solicitation, competing services, resale, scraping, data brokerage, or independent databases.
29. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
29.1 Suspension
Crew may suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate your account, roles, Deals, Payouts, Platform Balance, API access, CRM export access, Business Customer access, Independent Operator access, Operator Spend Card access, or Platform access if Crew believes:
- you violated these Terms
- you violated Deal Terms
- you violated law
- you created legal risk
- you created Business Customer risk
- you created User harm
- you engaged in fraud
- your account was compromised
- your documentation is suspicious
- your Inquiries are suspicious
- your Payouts are disputed
- your Operator Spend Card use is suspicious
- your use threatens Platform integrity
- required verification is missing
- required tax or payout information is missing
- app store or third-party rules require action
29.2 Termination by User
You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account closure through app settings or support channels.
29.3 Termination by Crew
Crew may terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Platform, remain inactive, or if Crew discontinues the Platform or relevant services.
29.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- your access may end
- pending Deals may be cancelled
- pending Payouts may be reviewed
- Platform Balance may be reviewed
- Operator Spend Card access may end
- you must stop using Crew materials
- you must delete unauthorized copies of data
- confidentiality obligations continue
- anti-circumvention obligations continue
- tax and payment obligations continue
- legal retention may continue
- fraud and compliance reviews may continue
30. DISCLAIMERS
30.1 As-Is
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Crew disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
30.2 No Warranty
Crew does not warrant that:
- the Platform will be uninterrupted
- the Platform will be error-free
- Deals will be available
- Business Customers will accept Inquiries
- Payouts will be earned
- tracking will always be accurate
- third-party services will function
- AI outputs will be accurate
- matching will be successful
- Inquiry data will always be accurate
- Business Customer information will always be accurate
- the Platform will meet your business goals
30.3 No Professional Advice
Crew does not provide legal, tax, financial, employment, immigration, accounting, insurance, medical, investment, or professional advice.
30.4 No Income Guarantee
Any examples, estimates, dashboards, leaderboards, Platform Balance displays, projections, or potential Payouts are illustrative or informational only and do not guarantee income.
31. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
31.1 Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of opportunities, loss of expected Payouts, or loss of expected Inquiries.
31.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crew’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid directly to Crew for Platform access in the three months before the claim
- or USD 100
31.3 Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In such jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
31.4 Third-Party Conduct
Crew is not responsible for the conduct, Content, omissions, claims, products, services, bookings, accommodations, payments, rejections, exports, or actions of Users, Business Customers, Brands, Independent Operators, Creators, Independent Agents, payment providers, card providers, app stores, affiliate-like partners, CRM providers, API providers, or other third parties.
32. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crew, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, members, managers, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Platform
- your Content
- your Deals
- your Inquiries
- your Customer Inquiry submissions
- your API or CRM exports
- your team
- your workspace
- your community arrangements
- your accommodation or travel arrangements
- your Operator Spend Card misuse
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of Deal Terms
- your violation of law
- your advertising or disclosure practices
- your tax obligations
- your employment or contractor relationships
- your data protection violations
- your infringement of third-party rights
- your fraud or misconduct
your disputes with Business Customers, Users, Independent Operators, customers, landlords, accommodation providers, travel providers, vendors, or third parties.
33. DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS, BUSINESS
CUSTOMERS, AND OPERATORS
33.1 Independent Relationships
Many relationships formed or managed through the Platform are between Users, Business Customers, Independent Operators, Creators, Independent Agents, customers, accommodation providers, vendors, or other third parties.
Crew is not responsible for disputes between such parties unless Crew is expressly a party to the relevant agreement.
33.2 Crew May Assist
Crew may, but is not required to, assist with dispute resolution, provide records, review documentation, or take Platform action.
33.3 No Obligation to Mediate
Crew has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, enforce, or resolve disputes between Users, Business Customers, Independent Operators, customers, accommodation providers, vendors, landlords, or third parties.
34. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local laws require otherwise.
35. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
35.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact Crew through https://meet-crew.com/contact or the legal contact provided by Crew and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
35.2 Binding Arbitration for U.S. Users
For Users located in the United States, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association or another arbitration provider selected by Crew, except where prohibited by law.
35.3 No Class Actions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as a class action, collective action, representative action, or private attorney general action.
35.4 Exceptions
Either party may seek relief in court for:
- intellectual property infringement
- unauthorized access
- misuse of Confidential Information
- data misuse
- fraud
- injunctive relief
- claims that cannot legally be arbitrated
35.5 Non-U.S. Users
For Users outside the United States, mandatory local dispute resolution rights, forum rights, consumer rights, data protection rights, and business user rights remain unaffected where they cannot be waived by contract.
36. INTERNATIONAL USERS AND REGIONAL
ADDENDA
36.1 Global Availability
The Platform may be available globally. Availability in an app store or country does not mean that all features, Deals, Payouts, Business Customer tools, Operator tools, or inquiry distribution features are legal or available in that jurisdiction.
36.2 Local Law Compliance
You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your location, business, content, advertising, data processing, customer contact, tax obligations, team arrangements, accommodation arrangements, and Deal participation.
36.3 Restricted Countries
Crew may restrict access from certain countries or regions due to sanctions, legal risk, payment limitations, Business Customer restrictions, or operational reasons.
36.4 Language Versions
The Platform may be available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and other languages.
The English version of these Terms is the controlling version unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Translations are provided for convenience and accessibility.
37. EU/EEA, UK, AND SWITZERLAND ADDENDUM
37.1 Mandatory Rights
If you are located in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
37.2 Business User Confirmation
You confirm that you use the Platform for business or professional purposes.
37.3 Data Protection
Users located in or interacting with EU, EEA, UK, or Swiss data subjects may have additional privacy rights and obligations described in Crew’s Privacy Policy, Data Processing Terms, Joint Controller Terms, or regional privacy notices.
37.4 Anti-Spam and Customer Contact
Users and Business Customers must not contact customers by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, messaging app, or other channels unless they have a lawful basis and required consent.
37.5 Lead Consent
Where required, customer consent and opt-in records must be collected, documented, and made available to relevant recipients for compliance verification.
37.6 DSA and Platform Notices
Where applicable, Crew may provide mechanisms for reporting illegal content, unlawful Deals, prohibited products, misuse, or other concerns.
Crew may provide additional information about moderation, restrictions, ranking, matching, complaints, and appeals where required.
37.7 No Unauthorized Door-to-Door
Door-to-door or similar field activities are not permitted unless expressly enabled by Deal Terms and Field Conduct Policy.
37.8 Switzerland
Swiss users and Swiss data may be subject to additional privacy or data protection requirements described in supplemental notices.
38. NORTH AMERICA ADDENDUM
38.1 United States
U.S. Users are subject to the arbitration and class action waiver provisions in these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
38.2 Canada
Canadian Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, anti-spam, advertising, business, tax, and consumer protection laws.
38.3 U.S. State Privacy
If you are located in a U.S. state with specific privacy rights, additional rights may be described in Crew’s Privacy Policy.

Crew may publish additional regional addenda for jurisdictions including, without limitation:

40. EXPORT CONTROL AND SANCTIONS
You may not use the Platform if you are located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a restricted party list.
You may not use the Platform for prohibited end uses or in violation of export control, sanctions, antimoney laundering, or anti-corruption laws.
41. ANTI-BRIBERY, ANTI-CORRUPTION, AND AML
You may not use the Platform to:
- offer or receive bribes
- engage in corruption
- launder money
- evade sanctions
- conceal illegal proceeds
- falsify records
- make improper payments
- manipulate Payouts
- engage in fraudulent transactions
Crew may request information, freeze Payouts, suspend accounts, restrict access, or report activity where required or appropriate.
42. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
42.1 Updates
Crew may update these Terms from time to time.
42.2 Notice
Crew may notify you through the Platform, email, app notification, website posting, or other reasonable means.
42.3 Continued Use
Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
42.4 Material Changes
Where required by law, Crew will provide advance notice of material changes and may request affirmative acceptance.

44. MISCELLANEOUS
44.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable supplemental terms, Deal Terms, Business Customer Terms, Payout Terms, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Terms, Joint Controller Terms, Operator Terms, Content Rights Terms, and Platform Policies, form the entire agreement between you and Crew regarding the Platform.
44.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
44.3 No Waiver
Crew’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
44.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations without Crew’s consent. Crew may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, corporate restructuring, or by operation of law.
44.5 Force Majeure
Crew is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, app store actions, government actions, thirdparty outages, payment processor outages, bank outages, card provider outages, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, or infrastructure failures.

SCHEDULE 2 — PAYOUT TERMS
1. Platform Balance
Platform Balance is an informational ledger, not a bank account, wallet, stored value account, e-money account, or payment account.
2. Minimum Threshold

3. Payout Request
Users must request payout through the Platform.
4. Payout Method
Payout may be made through bank transfer, Mercury, Stripe Connect, or another approved payment rail.
5. Verification
Payout requires completed verification, tax information, valid bank details, and compliance approval.
6. No Crypto
Crew does not support cryptocurrency payouts.
7. Fees
Crew generally covers standard bank fees but may pass on extraordinary or error-related fees.
8. Holds
Crew may hold payouts for fraud, compliance, tax, dispute, Business Customer, payment provider, legal, or verification reasons.
SCHEDULE 3 — INDEPENDENT OPERATOR TERMS
1. Independent Status
Independent Operators are independent business users and not Crew employees, agents, representatives, franchisees, or branch managers.
2. Teams and Workspaces
Independent Operators may manage their own teams and workspaces through the Platform.
3. Responsibility
Independent Operators are solely responsible for their own business operations, teams, expenses, tax matters, insurance, compliance, housing arrangements, travel arrangements, and internal agreements.
4. No Crew Representation
Independent Operators may not represent any team, workspace, accommodation, session, or community as Crew-operated.
5. Operator Spend Card
Selected Verified Independent Operators may receive Operator Spend Card access under Crew’s approval and spend controls.
6. Misuse
Misuse of IO tools, Operator Spend Card, data, Platform features, or Business Customer relationships may result in suspension, removal, reimbursement obligations, and legal action.
SCHEDULE 4 — OPERATOR SPEND CARD POLICY
1. Purpose
Operator Spend Card access is intended only for pre-approved business expenses connected to independent community, campaign, travel, accommodation, workspace, or session-related activities.
2. Pre-Approval Required
Independent Operators must request approval before using the Operator Spend Card.
Required information may include:
- session name
- city/country
- start date and end date
- purpose
- Deal or campaign reference
- expected participants
- requested budget
- expense type
- provider name
- booking URL
- risk notes
- confirmation that IO is contracting party
3. Controls
Crew may define:
- card limit
- transaction limit
- merchant category
- valid period
- approved purpose
- receipt deadline
- documentation requirements
4. Prohibited Use
Operator Spend Card may not be used for:
- personal expenses
- cash withdrawals
- crypto
- gambling
- adult services
- weapons
- tobacco
- unauthorized retail purchases
- unauthorized transfers
- prohibited merchants
- expenses outside approved purpose
5. Receipts
Receipts and documentation must be uploaded within the required timeframe, generally within 48 hours.
6. No Housing Provider
Operator Spend Card use does not make Crew a housing provider, landlord, tenant, travel provider, broker, guarantor, or party to any third-party booking.
7. No User Debt
Operator Spend Card expenses do not create personal repayment obligations for Creators or Independent Agents.
SCHEDULE 5 — COMMUNITY SPACES POLICY
1. Independent Spaces
Community spaces, creator apartments, shared living spaces, Airbnbs, local hubs, and workspaces are independently organized by Users or Independent Operators.
2. No Crew Operation
Crew does not operate, rent, lease, manage, broker, guarantee, or supervise such spaces.
3. No Crew Branding
No space may be marketed as a Crew house, Crew apartment, Crew office, Crew accommodation, Crew branch, or Crew-operated location without written permission.
4. User Responsibility
Users and Independent Operators are responsible for all third-party arrangements, costs, damages, disputes, safety, local law, insurance, and documentation.
5. Voluntary Participation
Participation in any community, accommodation, workspace, travel, or session arrangement is voluntary.
SCHEDULE 6 — CONTENT RIGHTS TERMS

Content rights must be defined in Deal Terms.
2. Paid Usage
Business Customers may use Creator Content for paid ads, whitelisting, Spark Ads, dark posts, paid social, landing pages, or other commercial usage only if Deal Terms expressly allow it.

Energy and Solar are restricted and require specific Deal Terms.
3. Restricted Vertical Approval
Crew may require additional review, documentation, Business Customer verification, consent records, claim approval, and compliance controls.
SCHEDULE 8 — FIELD CONDUCT PLACEHOLDER
Field Activities, including door-to-door, in-person customer acquisition, street promotion, or event solicitation, are not enabled by default.
If Crew enables Field Activities, Users must accept a separate Field Conduct Policy before participation.
SCHEDULE 9 — DATA ROLE FRAMEWORK
Crew may act as different data protection roles depending on the feature and context.

2. Crew as Processor
Crew may act as processor where a User, Independent Operator, or Business Customer uses Crew primarily as a software tool to store, manage, or process data under that party’s instructions.
3. Crew as Joint Controller
Crew may act as joint controller where Crew and another party jointly determine purposes and means of processing, including certain campaign, matching, distribution, or Lead processing scenarios.
4. Recipients as Separate Controllers
Business Customers receiving Inquiries may act as separate controllers for their own use of the data.
