Matching is primarily based on objective and business-relevant criteria, such as:
- the product or service requested by the potential customer;
- the information provided by the potential customer;
- the region, location, or service area;
- availability and capacity of Business Customers or partners;
- partner-defined acceptance criteria;
- product suitability;
- technical or operational feasibility;
- Deal Terms;
- consent and recipient disclosure records;
- lead status, validation status, and quality indicators;
- duplicate detection and fraud prevention signals.
For example, where a potential customer submits an inquiry, Crew may compare the customer’s information with the criteria provided by available Business Customers or partners. The system may filter potential recipients by region, availability, product category, eligibility, and other relevant requirements. Crew uses human review, manual checks, support review, compliance review, or Business Customer review where appropriate, especially in cases involving disputes, rejection decisions, fraud signals, unusual records, compliance questions, payout review, or unclear matching results. Where required by law, Crew will provide additional information or rights related to automated decision-making. Crew does not intend to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals solely by automated means without appropriate safeguards where required by law.
